We have just received our 30 bags of kiln dried firewood and have been very impressed with the service. From our initial enquiry right through to the delivery , the whole process was professional, courteous, and helpful, the lady delivery driver even asked us where we would like the crate dropping! Very many thanks to all concerned. we will be back. P.S the wood looks almost too good to burn!
I have been very impressed with the Firewood Centre. The quality of the kiln dried logs is excellent, the size ( 8-10 ins ) is ideal for the smaller log burners some of us use and the delivery arrived as promised. Excellent service!
A very simple on line transaction, followed by a phone call to arrange delivery, scheduled for my convenience. Very helpful delivery driver who unloaded the pallet and moved it on a pallet truck as close as he could possibly get to my log store.
A brief note to thank you for arranging the delivery so quickly and seamlessly. The delivery was bang on time and the driver was most helpful in our joint efforts to manoeuvre the crate into position on our drive. Excellent customer service and wood. Thank you for my lovely wood which arrived just before 4pm. It is cut just to the right size for the stoves and is lovely and dry. I am now totally pooped having unloaded and stacked the whole lot in an hour. Will be in touch when we need more wood – though this should last us a while.
