Delivered on due date by helpful and polite driver who got the pallet as close as was possible given our gravel drive (as per their website, it is not possible to get the load over gravel). Logs are a good size and the bags make them easy to move around. The only negative is that they burn really quickly, even with the woodburner completely closed - but this might improve with a new fire - ours is old and the modern versions are far more efficient I believe.

The logs are fine. Good quality as advertised. The problem was the delivery. I called because it was late on the agreed date, only to be told no delivery. Problems happen yes, but not to get a phone call after waiting in all day ? Poor delivery service.

Good delivery notice given regarding arrival slot, the driver (Thomas) was resourceful in finding the house number which was not shown on the delivery note and we now have a good stock of coal purchased at a competitive price. Should last for two years and it is most likely that even coal will increase in costs due to the uncertain markets so we are doubly please to have got a good deal.

Having travelled 50 miles to be at delivery address it was very annoying to get a cheery call from the delivery driver at my billing address. However delivery was made 24 hours later thanks to the efforts of Kelly. She was also brilliant at keeping us informed. No thanks to your AI system which got it wrong.
