We have partnered with one of the UK’s leading pallet distribution networks to ensure that your firewood is delivered quickly and conveniently. Delivery can be completed in as little as 3 business days and you can select your desired delivery date during the checkout. For added convenience, we also offer various delivery options for AM timed slots, Saturday delivery and of course our free standard delivery. Please be advised that we are unable to offer free delivery in certain remote locations (see remote surcharges section below). For added convenience, you can select a preferred date during checkout and we will schedule delivery for that day.

Important Information
If for any reason we cannot deliver on your selected date, we will be in contact to arrange an alternative. On the day of your delivery the firewood is lowered from the lorry via an 18 tonne tail-lift lorry and then positioned kerbside next to your property by means of a man operated pump truck. It is at the drivers discretion if they will place it anywhere on your property. If you choose the free delivery option then your firewood will be delivered between 9AM and 5PM. We will not be able to tell you the estimated time of arrival of your order. If you require a time slot then these are available for a small fee.
Please be aware that you are ordering a large amount of wood. Please ensure you have checked your access against the requirements, and please ensure that you are able to accept delivery of such a large and heavy pallet of wood. The third party delivery company are only tasked to deliver the wood to the kerbside of your property and their assistance is at the drivers discretion. They may not assist you with the manoeuvring of the wood to your storage area.
PLEASE NOTE, REFUSAL OF DELIVERY OR A FAILED DELIVERY DUE TO NON ADHERENCE TO THE T & C’S AT THE CHECKOUT WILL INCUR A FEE OF £50.

The firewood is delivered on a pallet which is yours to keep and can not be returned.
