Ash burns efficiently and cleanly offering consistent warmth throughout the home. When burned in fireplaces, these 100% ash kiln-dried logs reduce creosote build-up in chimneys, ensuring less frequent cleaning, and as they produce less smoke, stove doors remain cleaner too!
All of our kiln-dried ash logs meet UK Ready to Burn standards, this means that most of the moisture is removed from the logs. This makes them easier to light and helps them burn for longer, thus reducing costs over the long term.
The bulk pallets of 72 bags are stacked neatly, four rows deep and they are provided in vented bags to maintain airflow during transportation and throughout storage. We recommend storing in a dry, secure space indoors or outside under cover and ordering kindling and Firelighters to your order for optimal performance.
Delivery dates are flexible to fit in with your requirements and we dispatch the day following your order. All you have to do is enjoy the heat!

We're confident you'll love our logs, but if you're not satisfied within 30 days of receiving delivery, we'll arrange a hassle-free pickup and issue a refund, deducting only for logs that have been burned. No questions asked!

We always strive to meet your selected day but this may not always be possible due to circumstances outside of our control. If there is ever a day delay on your delivery, please get in contact and we help you track the order and keep you updated on the status.
Please ensure you have checked your access against the requirements, and please ensure that you are able to accept delivery of a large and heavy pallet of wood. The third party delivery company are only tasked to deliver the wood to the kerbside of your property and their assistance is at the drivers discretion. They may not assist you with the manoeuvring of the wood to your storage area.
