220 Kg Smokeless Coal

We have bought the firewood centre's smokeless for three years running, and it is good value, producing lots of heat. However, in previous years my wife, a small frail pensioner, was assisted by the delivery men, helpfully stacking the coal where we store it. This year the delivery person refused to help despite us requesting help on the order form when we made the order. I cannot help, I am disabled. We are in our 70's. It took my wife a couple of hours to place the bags into storage and she suffered injury in the process. Some thought should be given to this. It was a nasty surprise. We would pay a little extra for stacking. Which takes a fit man just a few minutes.

Ordered smokeless coal as we still have half a shed of wood from last year and thought that I should use some of the money from our solar panels to buy this as things are likely to get tougher this winter. At least we will have our multi fuel stove to keep us warm and the delivery from Firewood Centre was so easy. We did not even know that the pallet had been off loaded and was outside our front gate until the driver rang our bell to say it was delivered.
This is a really good company and we have told neighbours how good they are and who also ordered last year. Clean bagged kiln dried logs, easy to stack and to carry into the house.
Well done Firewood Centre for such excellent products and service.
